Abstract Within the dual symmetric point of view, theory for seeking axion dark matter via haloscope experiments is derived by exactly solving electrodynamics equation. Notwithstanding that conventional presented in [9,11] more commonly used theory, we show has advantages to apply into theory. First, and perspective coincide under long-wavelength approximation. Moreover, can obtain an exact analytical expression axion-induced electromagnetic field any states axion.
